We are looking for an
Operations Group Leader 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- Leadership and further development of an operations group including support and coaching of operations managers
- Ensuring smooth operational processes according to operational concepts, customer contracts, and internal standards
- Responsibility for quality, guest satisfaction, as well as compliance with hygiene, safety, and legal requirements
- Budget responsibility including cost control (personnel, goods, operating costs) and business management
- Maintenance and expansion of customer relationships as well as representation of the company internally and externally
- Participation in the further development of business activities, projects, promotions, and sales activities
Your profile
- Completed training in gastronomy or in the commercial field with gastronomic experience
- Further education at hotel management school or federal diploma as operations manager is an advantage
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in gastronomy or catering environment
- Very good German skills as well as good English and French skills
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high commitment, and hands-on mentality
