Our Munich office bundles all construction/design, administrative, and marketing functions as well as many front office activities outsourced from the hotel.
The central Maintenance department within the Technical Services Department manages the technical building equipment of the hotels and workspaces and takes care of their maintenance as well as all technical and safety-relevant processes.

- Actively help build the Maintenance department and ensure clear, uniform standards in all technical and safety-relevant processes
- As Manager Maintenance, take care of part of our Ruby hotels abroad in Europe – always with a focus on quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness
- Are the first point of contact for our hotel technicians, lead them professionally, accompany onboardings, and pass on your knowledge in training sessions
- Take care of the technical building equipment at our hotel and workspace locations, plan maintenance, and manage repairs
- Ensure that all technical measures are implemented efficiently, on time, and at a high-quality level
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, inspection deadlines – and bring occupational safety and health protection to the point
- Contribute to the creation of service contracts, review offers, and handle insurance matters related to damage cases
We have been waiting for you because you:
- Have completed training in technical building equipment or a comparable field – and know how modern building technology works
- Already have several years of professional and leadership experience – ideally also in international settings or in the hotel environment
- Are willing to travel, flexible, and organize yourself efficiently even on the go
- Are well versed in technical building equipment, MSR technology, and maintenance processes
- Appear confident, think economically, and find practical solutions for technical challenges
- Work in a structured way, do not lose track even with parallel projects, and are confident in using MS Office
- Communicate reliably and professionally in German and English – both written and spoken, additional languages would of course be a plus ;)
