- Planning and coordination of OR appointments in urology, including the assignment of the corresponding surgeons
- Complex appointment coordination and administrative questions by phone and counter
- Service recording and electronic data entry
- Collaboration in the outpatient clinic registration
- Telephone, written and personal contact with patients as well as doctors
What you bring with you
- Ideally training as MPA, TOA, clinic secretary/medical secretary or nursing professional who has completed training as a medical secretary
- Hospital or practice experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of medical terminology, especially in the field of urology, is an advantage
- Quick comprehension as well as an uncomplicated personality with assertiveness
- Ability to keep an overview and set priorities in hectic situations
