About the job
In this role, you actively participate in IT projects and support them from requirements gathering through implementation to deployment and operation. You analyze business processes, identify optimization and digitization potentials, and implement them together with the IT team. You contribute to the further development of our system landscape, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and support implementation in existing applications. In doing so, you work closely with internal stakeholders, departments, and external service providers. Additionally, you participate in working groups, assist with testing, documentation, and rollouts, and ensure stable operation of the applications.

Your profile
- Completed training or university degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field
- Practical knowledge in at least one of the following technologies:
- PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS (TYPO3)
- Java, ideally with Spring / Spring Boot
- ServiceNow (configuration, customizing, process understanding)
- SQL and database fundamentals
- Good overall technical understanding with a solution focus and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems
- Experience working on IT or digitization projects
- Good German skills, English skills are an advantage
