The Finance department includes the accounting and controlling, patient administration and mediQ divisions. The accounting and controlling department is responsible for invoicing, supports and develops financial management tools, prepares reports and profitability calculations. Patient administration is responsible for the entire process of billing medical services. MediQ develops and sells software for drug interaction checks to increase patient safety.

Profile

• Completed commercial basic training or a medical/nursing education with commercial further training (MPA, medical secretary)
• Professional experience in patient admission in a hospital, medical practice or health insurance company
• Very precise and independent working style
• A flair for numbers, IT and digitalisation
• Team-oriented and flexible personality with a high sense of responsibility and initiative

Tasks

• You process the admission and discharge data of outpatient and inpatient cases and ensure their quality
• You are the contact person for both internal employees and external partners (health insurers, patients, etc.)
• You support the wards and outpatient clinics with administrative questions
• You are responsible for cost assurance
• Various administrative tasks complete the varied activity
