Your strengths
- You are able to provide comprehensive and quality advice to individuals regarding matrimonial and inheritance law, taking into account the related branches of law (including tax law) and adult protection law
- You are capable of independently drafting provisions related to estate planning, marriage contracts, inheritance agreements, or wills, as well as mandates for incapacity
- You give presentations internally and externally and write articles in your area of expertise
- You are the first point of contact for all technical questions posed by your colleagues and you support our financial coaches and clients in case of complex questions related to inheritances, matrimonial regimes, or adult protection law
- You collaborate effectively with our financial coaches and help them achieve their goals
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in the aforementioned fields (completed training in law or Swiss lawyer or notary qualification is an asset)
- Excellent knowledge of French (priority) and German
- Quick-wittedness, analytical mindset, flexibility, initiative, excellent organizational skills, and stress resistance
- Several years of professional experience in a similar field, preferably
- Able to work independently and willing to travel within the canton of Bern
