The Hotel Eden Roc is located directly on the shore of Lake Maggiore and belongs as a 5-star superior luxury hotel to the "Swiss Deluxe Hotels" and the "Leading Hotels of the World". As one of the four houses of "The Tschuggen Collection," it has been repeatedly awarded as the best holiday hotel in Switzerland. The hotel has 95 luxurious guest rooms and suites, four restaurants, including the gourmet highlight La Brezza with 19 Gault Millau points & two Michelin stars, as well as the 2000 m² Eden Roc Spa. Experience in the same or a comparable positionGerman and English required, any additional language is an advantage

Strong service orientation, organizational talent

Friendly demeanor, politeness towards guests

Well-groomed appearance

📄 YOUR TASKS

Leading the Event/Banquet department and guaranteeing the highest standard and quality

Close cooperation with the reservations department and the F&B manager

Responsibility for all administrative tasks in the event/banquet area including the preparation and follow-up of an event

Support of the organizers and event managers during the event – ensuring a smooth process

Cooperation and support of all F&B areas, responsibility for complete and correct information flow.
