As a public-law company, we obligatorily insure all buildings against fire and natural hazards and are responsible for fire protection as well as the fire brigades. With comprehensive insurance for households, businesses, and buildings, we also compete successfully. We are looking for you: a communicative, sociable, and independent personality to strengthen our sales team and ensure happy customers.

Your mission

• Advise instead of lecturing: You support customers in the private and corporate client segments with a fine sense of their needs to ensure they are properly and adequately insured.
• Find individual solutions: You know our product range like the back of your hand and passionately put together suitable solutions for our customers.
• Update contracts: A matter of course in the diverse daily business that you gladly take on.
• Boost new business: You have a knack for winning new customers. Because you score with sympathy and communication skills. And by the way, we love the fresh wind you bring in.

What you bring with you

• Experience and insurance knowledge: You are well versed in insurance products – especially in the area of property insurance.
• Service orientation and empathy: As a customer whisperer, the customer is always the focus for you, and you know exactly how to best support them.
• Communication skills: Talking is golden – on the phone and in personal conversations. As a professional, you master both.
• Professional-level German: You express everything clearly and confidently both orally and in writing.
