Technical Clerk for Wood Heating Systems 80 – 100% (m/f/d)

• Versatile tasks in technical internal service as well as customer consulting
• Telephone analysis and troubleshooting of malfunction reports via remote maintenance
• Checking operational behavior on-site and via remote maintenance
• Technical support / help desk for our customers
• Order processing in internal service
• Communication and coordination with internal specialist departments
• Occasional assignments in field service as a service technician if possible and desired
• Performing circuit board repairs if interested

• Basic technical training as a mechatronics technician, construction and agricultural machinery mechanic, chimney sweep, electronics technician, plant electrician, refrigeration technician, or similar
• Knowledge in the field of electrical installations and control technology for remote maintenance and support
• If possible, experience in technical internal service with solid PC skills
• Analytical and solution-oriented working style
• Open personality and strong team spirit
• Flexibility and reliability
• Customer orientation as well as pleasant manners
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, basic knowledge of English and/or French is an advantage
