Nooch Asian Kitchen, one of the oldest food concepts of the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was founded in 2004 and has since brought the diversity of Asian street food to Switzerland. The offer ranges from fresh noodle, rice, and soup dishes to various curries. The team in the restaurant, located in the Mattenhof area in Kriens, takes care of regular guests on site as well as incoming take-away and delivery orders. Nooch has 139 seats indoors and another 176 outdoors.

Your versatile tasks:
Prepare mise en place for lunch and dinner service – everything for a smooth process 🍽️✨
Cooking wok dishes? Exactly your thing – you prepare the dishes on the menu independently 🔥🍜
You are a quality professional and maintain the freshness standards of our food offerings ✅
General cleaning tasks? No problem, you ensure order and cleanliness in the kitchen 🧽
Hygiene is a given for you – you follow the HACCP hygiene concept and make sure everything is top-notch 📋✨
Your talents & experience:
At least 2 years of experience with gas wok – you master the art of the wok 🍜
You speak good German or English and can communicate easily with the team and guests 🗣️
Your working style is clean, efficient, and precise – you pay great attention to detail ✅
You are motivated to develop further 🚀
Your good sense for the quality of ingredients ensures everything stays fresh and delicious 🥬
