• Control and compliance with key figures such as sales, budget, and inventory write-offs
• Ensuring sales-oriented product presentation and assortment updates
• Responsibility for the entire inventory including orders

• Support, training, and development of apprentices and employees
• Professional advice and customer care

• Completed training in retail with several years of professional experience
• Advantageous to have a qualification as a retail specialist with a federal diploma
