At the Department of Private Law of the University of Bern, Prof. Dr. Martin Eggel's section, an assistant position with focus on the Swiss Civil Code (20-40%) is to be filled as of February 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Tasks (among others):
- Assistance in preparing materials for scientific lectures and university teaching
- Research work for scientific publications
- Support with administrative tasks
We are looking for:
- Committed students, preferably with a completed Bachelor's degree in law with the distinction magna cum laude (grade 5)
- Enjoyment of careful scientific work with a focus on the Swiss Civil Code
