Your Tasks
You take responsibility for a respectful and professional approach to our residents and their relatives. You actively participate in the implementation and design of the care process as well as in documentation (easyDOK) and service recording (RAI). Individual, holistic care and nursing are very important to you. You take on the daily responsibility and ensure the organizational process of care and nursing. With your modern understanding of nursing and your high social competence, you master the most diverse everyday situations.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNI, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Very good German skills
- Further training in Palliative Care Level B2 or willingness to complete it
- Independence and initiative
- Flexibility and resilience
- Networked thinking
- Communication and teamwork skills
