- Qualified nurse HF or care specialist EFZ with solid experience in the disability sector - experience in supporting people with age-related cognitive impairments and dementia (ideally in the residential area) - initial leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility - humorous personality with high social and communication skills - organizational talent, resilience, and sense of responsibility - appreciative attitude as well as joy in teamwork and development processes - good PC skills and proficient handling of our client software (RedLine) - willingness to work irregular hours (evening and weekend shifts)
