To strengthen our Construction Management team, we are looking for you as a BIM Draftsperson who passionately develops digital models and drives our construction projects forward precisely. Your area of responsibility

• Creation and maintenance of BIM models according to eBKP-H (element-based construction cost plan for building construction) for quantity and cost determination of construction projects
• Independent development and maintenance of modeling standards, templates, and structures in the area of cost planning
• Support in the further development of BIM processes, for example parametric calculation and its application
• Support in ensuring compliance with naming conventions and project standards on the CDE platform
• Creation of 2D plans for the sales department if needed

Your skills

• Completed training as a draftsperson EFZ specializing in architecture
• Several years of professional experience in BIM modeling and digital planning
• Solid knowledge of eBKP-H and its application for quantity and cost determination
• Experience with parametric design is an advantage
• High IT affinity and experience in document management, ideally with Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Structured and detail-oriented working style
• Team player: strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Fluent German and English skills
