Job Description
As an executive assistant for Robert Bosch Internationale Beteiligungen AG, you proactively support the management and the board of directors in all operational and strategic matters and act as a central organizational interface within the company.
Your main responsibilities include:
Close and active support of management in daily operations including contract management and topics from financial accounting
Independent organization, coordination, and prioritization of appointments, tasks, and deadlines
Management of the executive and board secretariat (planning, minute-taking, and deadline monitoring for several companies within the group) including changes in the commercial register
Event organization for internal events
Administrative support of the Oberdorf office location and seminar coordination at the Oberdorf training center
Independent project management as well as taking on special and ad-hoc tasks
Your workplace is roughly equally divided between our locations in Solothurn (Zuchwil) and Oberdorf SO.
Qualifications
- Education: Commercial basic training with appropriate further education (e.g., executive assistant) or Bachelor in Business Administration
- Personality and working style: Discretion, entrepreneurial thinking as well as a clean criminal record, polished appearance, team orientation and high social competence, pronounced organizational and coordination talent
- Experience and know-how: Solid professional experience in a comparable function, proficient MS Office skills, high resilience combined with healthy pragmatism and openness to new topics and issues
- Languages: Very good language skills in German and English, spoken and written (C1), additional languages are an advantage
