What you will do with us

Responsibility for managing the Lindt Shop according to given guidelines and relevant key figures
Ensuring the achievement of sales and cost targets
Role modeling and actively promoting high service quality as well as active selling
Taking over the personnel and professional management of the team
Promoting the qualification, further development, and motivation of employees
Ongoing review and optimization of all workflows and processes in the shop
Implementation and control of all HACCP requirements
Taking on projects and additional tasks in agreement with supervisors

When you fit with us

Completed training in sales, hospitality, or gastronomy, further education is an advantage
At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position as well as experience in inventory management, merchandising, and cash register operation
Several years of leadership experience in retail or specialty stores (preferably food)
Convincing, ambitious, and result-oriented sales personality with a high quality standard
Passion for chocolate and a keen eye for detail
Professional appearance as well as a friendly and proactive personality
Flexibility regarding working hours, high resilience, and sense of duty
Fluent French skills as well as English skills, German skills are an advantage
