Skills
- Completed commercial training and several years of customer service experience.
- Fluent in German or French, with excellent skills in the other language.
- Strong digital skills and ability to work with various systems.

All threads come together in the Contact Center. As the first point of contact for questions about intellectual property, you ensure the first impression – friendly, professional, and service-oriented. You answer up to 200 incoming calls daily, personally assist our customers, and handle all administrative tasks.

- Whether by email, phone, or on-site – you communicate confidently in German and French, preferably also in English and Italian
- You welcome customers – with or without an appointment
- You handle general inquiries about intellectual property in collaboration with all departments and ensure smooth processes
- You support users of our website and our digital services
- You navigate confidently in the Swissreg database
- You provide information on deadlines, fees, and procedures in the various areas of intellectual property
- You take on diverse administrative tasks – from correspondence processing to renting our daily parking spaces
What makes you successful
What makes you successful
- A completed commercial apprenticeship and several years of experience – ideally in customer service or administration
- German or French as a native language as well as very good knowledge of the other language
- Good English and/or Italian skills are an advantage
- You are digitally proficient and work confidently with various tools and systems
- You work in a structured, independent, and careful manner
- You value polite manners and lively customer contact
- You enjoy teamwork and bring fresh energy and openness
