As an industrial clerk, you are a true all-rounder in the company, because during your three-year training you rotate through all commercial departments and thus get to know a variety of tasks and processes, starting from project creation, production planning, procurement of raw materials, warehousing, subsequent sales, to invoicing. But you will also get to know the administrative processes that keep the company running, such as the human resources department and controlling. This comprehensive insight enables you to have high flexibility in your later professional orientation.

- How do I plan the production process and ensure that sufficient materials are available? (Production planning & disposition)
- How do you compare offers and negotiate with suppliers? (Purchasing)
- How does the company keep track of its costs and revenues? (Accounting & controlling)
- How do I communicate with customers and how do I manage to solve their problems? (Customer Service)
- How do I select suitable applicants, what stages of personnel recruitment are there, and how are employees supported? (Human Resources)
