For our location in Andelfingen (Training Center), we are looking for a dedicated person as soon as possible or by arrangement for the position of
TEAM LEADER OPERATIONS & SUPPORT 80-100%
How you can contribute with us
- Professional and personnel management of 4 employees
- Ensure planning and coordination of the training operations
- Conceptual development and adjustment of training facilities
- Further development of practical training operations and integrating trends into training
- Responsibility for the execution of maintenance and repair work on the infrastructure
- Support for technical staff during maintenance, revision, and repair work
- Support for teachers during training
What you bring with you
- Completed technical / craft basic training and at least 5 years of leadership experience
- Fluent German as well as good communication and organizational skills, quick comprehension
- Strong leadership, service-oriented, and integrity personality
- Completed basic firefighting training and experience in active firefighting service
- High resilience, great initiative, empathy, and joy in improvisation
- Organizational talent, flexibility
- Fit for respiratory protection and driver's license at least category C1-118
