For our Modernization Department in the Zurich region, we are looking for you as a committed project manager (m/f/d) for a unique major project in the heart of downtown Zurich – a listed building with a special character and exciting history.

What you will move

• Achieving the economic project goals of conversion projects in the Zurich region while adhering to the specified quality, deadlines, and costs, from tendering to commissioning
• Independent, operational execution considering safety, scheduling, quality, and quantitative requirements
• Collaboration with local subcontractors, suppliers, planners, and authorities
• Acting as a contact person for clients, business partners, and tenants
• Demanding and promoting the site managers in your team
• Maintaining an open and respectful communication culture as well as clean documentation
• Reporting tasks to the team leader

Why you will succeed

• Completed training as a project manager, technician TS, architect, or civil engineer
• 2 - 5 years of experience as a project manager of conversion projects
• Independent management of construction sites with high complexity
• Technical leadership of up to five site managers
• Entrepreneurial and goal-oriented mindset
• Assertiveness and high social competence
