What you bring with you
- A completed degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, building technology, civil engineering – or a comparable technical education with appropriate further training.
- Several years of experience in managing investment projects, ideally in an industrial environment or the food industry.
- Solid practical experience in planning and implementing construction, infrastructure, or plant projects.
- A strong sense for costs, quality, and deadlines – combined with entrepreneurial thinking.
- A structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working. Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and negotiation skills – so that projects are not only planned but successfully realized.
