For our efficient After Sales team, we are continuously looking for the following at our Swiss locations (Eschlikon TG and Laupersdorf SO):

Service Technician (m/f/d)

As a service technician, you are responsible for the operation and maintenance of our wood energy systems. You will perform the following tasks:

• Commissioning of our systems
• Ensuring operational functionality
• Locating and resolving fault reports
• Carrying out maintenance work and repairs
• Customer advice / support
• On-call duty (approx. every 8 weeks)

• Basic technical training (heating or sanitary installer, agricultural machinery mechanic, car mechanic, chimney sweep, mechanic, electrician, locksmith, or similar)
• Basic knowledge in electrical installations
• Manual dexterity
• Experience in water hydraulics and welding skills are an advantage
• Driver's license category B
• Independent and precise working style
• Good manners and enjoyment of customer contact
• Service-oriented attitude and team spirit

Step by step, you will be introduced to the work of a service technician and individually trained on our systems. You can expect a varied task on technically diverse products, in a motivated and open working environment. For field service assignments, you will be equipped with your own tools and a Schmid service bus.
