Your Tasks

Care and support of elderly people with psychiatric conditions such as depression, psychosis, dementia, or addiction disorders
Recognizing and professionally managing challenging behavior as well as acute crisis situations
Participation in diagnostic, therapeutic, and functional treatment processes within the interprofessional team
Proper execution and documentation of care processes according to institutional standards
Supporting patients in managing daily life and targeted promotion of existing resources
Participation in team meetings, supervisions, and the further development of care quality

Your Profile

Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
Interest in the psychiatric field - entry is also possible for beginners from somatic hospitals or nursing and retirement homes
Appreciative, empathetic, and confident handling of elderly patients, even in challenging situations
Teamwork skills, sense of responsibility, and resilience
Willingness to work shifts and to continuously develop professionally
