The Valencia Trainee Program

As a Trainee Account Management, you are part of an interdisciplinary team and support project managers of Valencia Kommunikation AG in Basel. The goal of the one-year trainee program is to prepare you for the world of advertising. An integral part of this is learning the individual work steps from briefing to production.

Your operational focus will be gradually built up and begins with the concrete implementation of projects: You create schedules, offers, brief team members, write invoices, and communicate with clients and service providers.

The program is aimed at aspiring talents with organizational skills who enjoy coordinating diverse tasks. Do you feel addressed? Then a trainee year awaits you that offers targeted insights into the practical work of the advertising industry.

An open-minded and eager-to-learn personality

You enjoy communicating and don’t get flustered when everything has to happen at once

You work precisely (yes, that is important in advertising)

You enjoy languages. Many of our creations are implemented in German, French, and Italian. You don’t have to master all languages, but basic knowledge is helpful.

You are service-oriented and enjoy working in a team

A completed vocational training in the commercial field, a federal certificate as a communications, PR, or marketing specialist, or a comparable qualification

Application knowledge in MS Office and enthusiasm for learning additional software programs
