About the job
The Ennetsee Care Center is located in the middle of Cham yet in a quiet environment. Thanks to the homely furnishings, the care center exudes a warm atmosphere. With 90 beds on 4 floors, the care center is of a manageable size, so residents and guests never feel lost with us but always personally cared for and well looked after.
To strengthen our care teams and for our dementia living group, we are looking immediately for a:
HEALTH AND SOCIAL ASSISTANT OR AN SRK NURSING ASSISTANT 80 – 100%
YOUR TASKS
- Professional care of the residents
- Ensuring the quality of care within your competencies
- Ensuring appropriate, individual care
- Observing and recognizing changes in residents and forwarding them to the responsible care person
- Use of targeted activation and occupation measures in consultation with the qualified nursing staff
- Performing household tasks
- Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
- Assistance with the electronic care progress report
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as AGS or SRK course
- Enjoyment in dealing with elderly people
- Appreciative, committed and empathetic attitude
- High service orientation, networked thinking and organizational skills
- High social competence and good communication skills
- Creativity and openness to changes and new ideas
