Customer Advisor Tax Support 80–100 %
St. Gallen
As a Customer Advisor Tax Support, you are the first point of contact for our customers. We handle all customer concerns in Tax Support. We answer, coordinate, or inform downstream offices about complex customer inquiries, all kinds of fault reports, or initiate the escalation process and inform as well as support our customers in using the applications.
For the team in St. Gallen, we are looking for an upbeat, committed personality who enjoys maintaining customer contact.
Your Role
- Receiving fault reports, questions, and change requests from system users
- Recording and classifying the necessary information
- Pre-analyzing fault reports and questions, resolving simple faults (remote analysis), answering simple questions, and initiating possible workarounds (first-level support)
- Forwarding fault reports and questions to the responsible departments
- Informing system users about faults and operational messages
- Educating users about the proper use of the offered technical and application tools
- Support for projects in testing and business analysis
Your Profile
- You have a commercial apprenticeship in a municipality or work for a municipality and have knowledge in the tax area
- You are proficient in using MS Office and want to integrate your IT affinity into your professional daily routine
- You have a strong customer orientation and remain calm even in hectic situations and enjoy solving challenging problems
- You communicate appropriately in German and French
- Practical experience in customer support is an advantage but not a requirement
