The Zug Cantonal Hospital is dedicated to the health of the population of the canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1200 employees, including 180 in training, work in various areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11,500 inpatient and over 70,000 outpatient patients. More than 27,500 people are treated annually in the interdisciplinary emergency center.

For our departments of patient admission, patient billing, purchasing, and financial accounting, we are looking for a HMS / WMS intern from August 1, 2026, limited to 1 year.

Your tasks

Collecting and processing patient and supplier information
Processing incoming and outgoing invoices and supplier reminders
Checking patients' insurance coverage and billing cases
Advising and providing information to patients, employees, and suppliers by phone, email, and at the counter
Processing and distributing internal physical and electronic mail
