Your Profile

• Provenexperience in hospitality management, ideally within a pub or casual dining restaurant
• A confident, hands-on leader who leads by example and motivates teams with a positive, supportive approach
• Strongorganizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experienced inmanaging reservations, events, and in-house promotionsto drive guest engagement and revenue
• Comfortableusing hospitality technology, including POS systems, booking platforms, rota planning, and basic financial reporting
• Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, with the ability to support and coordinate closely with the kitchen team
• Fluent in English(spoken and written); At least B1 German for day-to-day operations
• Flexible and reliable, with availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak trading periods

Your Responsibilities

• Supporting the General Managerin the overall operation of an authentic Irish pub, ensuring consistency, character, and attention to detail
• Leading daily operations, including staff supervision, shift planning, and on-the-floor management
• Acting as a role model for exceptional guest service and a warm, friendly pub atmosphere
• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of the team
• Coordinating front-of-house and kitchen operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Supporting the delivery and presentation of a menu featuring home-cooked seasonal dishes, premium drinks, and cocktails
• Managing reservations, private bookings, events, and in-house promotions
• Monitoring service quality, food standards, and guest satisfaction, proactively addressing issues when they arise
• Ensuring health & safety, cleanliness,and compliance standards are met at all times
• Assisting with stock control, ordering, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures
• Stepping into the General Manager role when required, ensuring seamless continuity of operations
• Responsible for bar operations, including monitoring KPIs such as Gross Profit % (GP%), labor cost %
