Your tasks
- You regularly plan and carry out offers.
- You initiate and accompany participatory projects with and for young people.
- You accompany the youth center and support the young people on site.
- You coordinate the operation of the youth house and manage the rental of the rooms.
- You network and work closely with schools, neighborhood institutions, and other municipal youth offices.
- A qualified professional accompanies you and ensures the quality assurance of your development.
Your profile
- You are enrolled at the University of Social Work or the Higher Technical School for Community Animation and are starting a part-time degree in Sociocultural Animation.
- You already have experience working with children and young people.
- You are a communicative, open, and initiative personality and enjoy working with young people.
- You like to work independently, have assertiveness, and quickly see connections.
