As part of the continuous development of our team in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, we are looking to strengthen our Personal Insurance department, which provides first-class accident services to our customers, with a committed individual for the position of Claims Specialist Accident Benefits (60-100%).
The following exciting tasks await you:

• Qualified and proactive handling of accidents in close cooperation with care managers and consulting doctors
• Active, independent, and customer-oriented case management
• Writing complex correspondence and conducting demanding telephone conversations
• Regular exchange with insured persons, customers, as well as authorities, doctors, and legal representatives

This is what sets you apart:

• Completed commercial or comparable vocational training, ideally with a professional certificate in insurance
• Professional experience in the field of personal insurance
• Confident German language skills, French knowledge is an advantage
• Communication skills, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
