• Support residents in everyday activities.
• Accompany personal development and promote self-determined actions.
• Ensure necessary care and medical assistance.
• Plan and conduct leisure activities.
• Plan and accompany the annual process (Assistance concept) as a reference person.
• Cooperate with legal representatives, relatives, and professionals.
• Conduct case analyses and professional case support.

• Completed training in social pedagogy HF/FH or as FaBe/FaGe.
• Experience working with people with challenging behavior.
• Experience working with people with cognitive impairments.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
• No night shifts, mostly continuous shifts.
• Structured and responsible way of working.
• High social competence, ability to reflect, and resilience.
