Objective of the position:
You take overall responsibility for the strategic and operational management of
sales as well as business development activities of Bilfinger in Switzerland. Your goal is the sustainable expansion of order intake, the systematic development of new
business potentials and the long-term positioning of Bilfinger as a leading provider
of integrated industrial services in the Swiss market – in compliance with all corporate and compliance requirements.
Tasks
- Responsibility for offer and bid management
- Building, maintaining and further developing national key accounts
- Identification, evaluation and prioritization of new market and growth potentials
- Development and control of the commercial offer strategy, contract models and pricing logic
- Management of relevant key figures such as pipeline, forecast, order intake and hit rate
- Close cooperation with the business units in calculation, service definition and
risk assessment
- Further development of structures, processes and competencies in sales
Your profile – qualifications and experience
- Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership experience in sales and business development of industrial services
- Solid industry experience in engineering, maintenance or industrial services
- Experience in selling complex technical services and long-term service contracts
- Strong competence in bid and contract management as well as in commercial
negotiations
- Very good understanding of industrial value chains and operator organizations
- Confident handling of sales key figures, CRM systems and forecasting methods
- Fluent language skills in German, English and
French
