To complement our team at the Heart-Lung Practice in Basel with around 25 employees, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a customer-oriented, committed, and reliable person as MPA or MPA - Deputy Team Leader Non-Medical Team.
- You assist with cardiological examinations such as transthoracic echocardiography, ergometry, medicated and dynamic stress echocardiography.
- You independently perform blood draws as well as breath tests (e.g., lactose) and insert peripheral venous catheters. If interested, training in body plethysmography, CO and NO measurements is also possible.
- After thorough training, you are responsible for preliminary evaluation of 24h ECG, 7-day ECG, 24h blood pressure monitoring, as well as nocturnal pulse oximetry and polygraphy.
- You support the team leader of the non-medical team (around 15 people) in personnel management, practice organization, and various projects and represent her during her absence (only for the Deputy Team Leader Non-Medical Team position).
- Your versatile range of tasks also includes administrative duties such as patient reception, appointment coordination, correspondence, and other activities typical in a medical practice; you will be supported by state-of-the-art infrastructure.
- Training and several years of professional experience as an MPA; ideally training as a practice coordinator (only for the Deputy Team Leader Non-Medical Team position).
- Experience in cardiology or pneumology is an advantage.
- Experience in practice organization and team leadership (only for the Deputy Team Leader Non-Medical Team position).
- Enjoy working with patients and on the computer.
- Good IT skills (MS Office, practice software).
- Very good German skills and good French skills; Italian and English are an advantage.
