Tasks
In the Training & Development area (approx. 80%-90%):
- Sending course-relevant information to speakers and interfaces
- Co-organizing events and training sessions
- Ordering/organizing materials and catering
- Creating overviews of planned training dates
- Contact person for various SWISS internal interfaces
- Contact person for external trainers and speakers
- Independently working on small projects
- Participation in projects (project management)
- Coordination and execution of workshops and meetings
- Coordination and communication with various interfaces
- Internal communication to specialist departments
- Updating our various process guides

Requirements
- Basic education / schools: high school graduate or graduate of a technical, commercial or business school
- Experience in organizational tasks (e.g., event planning) is an advantage
- Affinity for the airline
- Open and transparent communication skills
- German/English very good spoken and written, any other language is welcome
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Networked thinking and efficient
- Winning personality, team-oriented, flexible and empathetic
- Independent, solution-oriented
- Precise in working method and quality-conscious
