Your tasks

• Performing minor repairs and quick services directly on site
• Expert advice in sales as well as providing after-sales service
• Independent management and follow-up of repair orders
• Inspection, adjustment, and fine-tuning of sold watches
• Taking over administrative tasks, such as preparing offers and handling customer inquiries
• Direct contact and personal care of our demanding international clientele

Your skills

• Completed training as a Service Watchmaker, ideally complemented by professional experience in a retail store
• High customer and service orientation with enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Strong social skills, teamwork, and flexibility
• Well-groomed, confident, and professional appearance
• Native German speaker as well as very good knowledge of Italian; additional languages are an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
