Your main tasks include

In your role, you are the key point of our order planning and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Your daily work looks as follows:

You plan and organize customer orders as well as the associated transports – efficiently and customer-oriented
You are responsible for the leadership and personnel planning of about 10-20 drivers
You check the daily reports and the recording of hours
You advise our customers by phone, coordinate appointments, and find suitable solutions
You process the orders correctly and efficiently in the corresponding CRM system

We expect from you

Professional experience as a dispatcher
Good commercial knowledge as well as technical understanding
Independent and structured way of working
Leadership experience and regional local knowledge are an advantage
