Job Description
Focus on leadership and organizational tasks
- Overall responsibility for the housekeeping department
- Consistent employee management to create the best possible and personalized guest experience
- Quality and efficiency improvement through optimization of processes, controls, and organization using quality standards
- Ensuring economical and ecological use of materials
- Creating a motivated and efficient working atmosphere, including promoting team spirit and employees' expertise
Qualifications
- Completed training as a housekeeping specialist with leadership experience
- Very good German and English skills
- Organizational talent with a pronounced service and host mentality
- Entrepreneurial thinking and affinity for numbers
- Consistent leader with high social competence and communication skills
