We are looking for a reliable person immediately or by arrangement.
Your main tasks
- Collaboration in the registration department / resident control
- Collaboration in the departments AHV branch office as well as citizenship including
Deputy of the specialist responsible
- First point of contact at the counter and telephone for the Department of Services
- Completion of other administrative tasks
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or further education (advantageous in a public administration) with professional experience in a similar field of activity
- Experience in registration or willingness to acquire corresponding knowledge
- Certificate AHV branch managers or willingness to complete branch course
- Good IT user skills (specialist applications innosolvcity and CMI as well as MS Office)
- Enjoyment in contact with the population and other stakeholders, combined with high service orientation and good communication skills
- Foreign language skills are an advantage
- Resilience and independent working style as well as openness to face new tasks
