In the Strategy, Risk & Analytics division of Zürcher Kantonalbank, we support the IT, Operations & Real Estate business unit in the areas of strategy, finance, IT provider, and IT risk management. As Business Portfolio Managers, we drive the implementation of the strategy in various implementation channels (ART). Additionally, we are responsible for the bank's AI strategy and ensure its effective implementation.

Your tasks

Maintenance, prioritization, and continuous refinement of the product backlog, derived from business needs for the AI base platform (including MLOps, targeted business cases, and implementation roadmap)
Ensuring the roadmap implementation within the organizations (Agile Release Trains)
Close collaboration with Product Manager, Business Analyst, and Data Scientist to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements
Definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs and metrics to evaluate product performance and make data-driven decisions
Ensuring that all results meet the highest quality standards and that consistency and completeness are guaranteed

Your profile

Professional experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in AI, ML, or data-driven products as well as in the design and support of AI application implementation
Knowledge and experience with Azure Cloud, LLM, OpenAI, and ML-OPS
An agile mindset and an innovative working style according to SAFe/Scrum are natural for you
Your strong communication skills enable you to interact appropriately with various stakeholders
You score with your structured and systematic approach and enjoy trying out new things
