Task profile

• Management of exciting e-commerce projects from the offer to go-live with ongoing further developments.
• Conducting workshops, capturing and prioritizing customer requirements, as well as strategic consulting to achieve business goals.
• Driving the growth of our e-commerce customers – through targeted user acquisition, optimized conversion processes, and sustainable customer retention.
• Close coordination with developers, MarTech specialists, design teams, and other partners.
• You carry the planning and budget responsibility for the projects and packages assigned to you.

We expect

• Initial relevant experience in project management of web projects.
• Very good communication skills in German and English.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• You know how to organize yourself very well and help others do the same. We expect a structured and independent way of working from you.
• Solid technical basic understanding.
• Experience with CMS and e-commerce systems, Shopware is an advantage.
• High willingness to learn and interest in staying up to date with new developments.
