Your tasks:
- You report to the Assembly Manager and lead around 15 employees
- Order planning and monitoring in coordination with the Assembly Manager and shift supervisors
- Further development and optimization of workflows
- Support ongoing lean activities
- Assistance with order and team deployment planning
- Onboarding and training of employees
- Management of assembly projects
Your profile:
- Completed technical basic training with a completed higher vocational education FA/HF
- Several years of professional experience in a production company, ideally in the assembly area
- Strong understanding of production processes and lean principles
- Pronounced leadership skills
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Good English skills are an advantage
- Team-oriented and solution-oriented working style
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
