Electrical Installation and Safety Expert HFP
Job objective:
The Electrical Installation and Safety Expert HFP is responsible for the professional and standard-compliant planning, execution, inspection, and commissioning of electrical installations. He/She is responsible for compliance with legal regulations (especially NIV - Low Voltage Installation Ordinance) and assumes the concession towards network operators and authorities.

We are looking for a
Your tasks
- Technical management and supervision of installation and maintenance work in the high and low voltage areas
- Assuming professional responsibility as a licensed electrical installer according to NIV
- Planning, quoting, and organizing electrical installations for new construction, remodeling, and renovations
- Conducting and documenting safety inspections (TAG/IA/MP and SiNa) as well as approvals
- Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations, standards (e.g., NIN, NIV, ESTI requirements), and safety regulations
- Participation in project planning and coordination with clients, architects, etc.
- Support and training of employees
- Optimization of work processes, material management, and quality assurance
- Responsibility for occupational safety on construction sites
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as an electrical installer EFZ
- Further education with a federal certificate as an Electrical Installation and Safety Expert HFP (master craftsman examination)
- Solid knowledge of the Low Voltage Installation Ordinance (NIV), Low Voltage Installation Standards (NIN), and relevant safety regulations
- Professional experience in project management, employee and customer support
- Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented working style
- Organizational talent and entrepreneurial thinking
- Strong communication skills
