The Frohmatt Senior Center is a modern facility offering various living arrangements optimally tailored to the needs of our residents. We care for and support people in need of care, people with dementia, and assist people in assisted living. Our operation also includes senior apartments with service within the house. The Stollenweid house is the fourth house and also belongs to Frohmatt. Here live our residents who prefer rural living.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for permanent night watch at both locations (Wädenswil and Schönenberg) as well as internal care pool
- Participation in interdisciplinary management meetings and group leadership meetings (Tuesdays)
- Recruitment and selection of personnel in close cooperation with the management area leadership
- Development and review of target and quality objectives
- Individual and targeted promotion of employees, including planning possible career steps
- Conducting site and employee discussions
- Responsibility for personnel deployment planning and monitoring of the staffing plan
- Professional, holistic care and support of our residents
- Planning and conducting team meetings
- 1-2 office days per week, approx. 11 night shifts per month
Requirements
- Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF
- Management training or willingness to complete it
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in long-term care
- Ability to develop and promote employees, mediate conflicts, and develop problem-solving processes
- Well-developed social skills, especially team and communication skills
- Understanding and enjoyment in dealing with elderly people
- Ideally knowledge of the RAI system and easyDOK
