YOUR TASKS
- Co-responsibility in the professional care and support of patients
- Participation in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
- Co-responsibility in clinical decision-making and the measures to be initiated
- Co-responsibility in supporting trainees in daily routines
YOUR PROFILE
- Training as a Health Specialist with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
Experience in acute care and dealing with medical patients is desired
Teamwork skills and the talent to guide employees
High social competence as well as pronounced empathy
Great flexibility, resilience, and strong organizational skills
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least certificate B2) as well as good IT user skills

This private unit offers an environment that requires the highest professionalism, discretion, and individual care. For our nursing team, this means an exciting expansion of the scope of duties: In addition to caring for patients on our regular ward, you will also take on tasks in the private ward that demand a special level of service orientation, empathy, and organizational talent. You contribute to ensuring that our patients are not only medically well cared for but also feel completely comfortable and respected – for both our private and regular patients.
