As a Project Manager Digitalization, you actively accompany Walde on the path to the digital future and ensure that our processes become even smarter, more efficient, and more customer-oriented. In this role, you not only bring projects to completion but also bring people together.
Your core tasks
Project management & coordination
Responsibility for leading and implementing digitalization projects
Planning and controlling schedule, budget, resources, and quality
Close cooperation with the Head of Digital & Projects as well as internal stakeholders
Moderation of workshops and meetings as well as communication at all levels
Change management
Active support of employees with new processes, systems, and technologies
Planning and conducting training sessions as well as go-live support
Promoting acceptance of new tools and processes
Process optimization
Analysis and further development of existing workflows
Interface between real estate consultants and support services
Co-design of future-proof marketing processes – from analog to digital
Documentation & knowledge management
Maintenance of process documentation, checklists, and aids
Ensuring structured knowledge transfer
Transparent information management during process changes
Your profile
Experience in project management, ideally in a digital environment
High communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
Structured, solution-oriented working style with high personal responsibility
Courage to tackle things – and the ability to inspire others for it
Affinity for digital tools and modern working methods
Very good knowledge of CRM systems (salesforce.com is an advantage) as well as MS Office
Very good German and English skills
