Following a retirement, we are looking for an Activation Specialist (60 -80%) for our activation team by arrangement. Your tasks:
- Joint planning, organizing, and carrying out resource-oriented activation and daily life design in group or individual activities
- Implementation and further development of the activation concept
- Development of new offers
- Support in the execution of excursions/events
- Support and promote interdisciplinary collaboration in all areas
- Coordinate the voluntary staff
- Completed training as an Activation or Care Specialist EFZ, or training according to LEA
- Professional work attitude
- Practical experience in long-term care
- Empathetic, loving interaction with our residents
- Enjoyment of a versatile task with challenges
- Teamwork, resilience, and flexibility
- Confident communication in German, spoken and written
- MS Office skills, EasyDok knowledge is an advantage
- Careful introduction to operational processes
- Versatile, responsible, and independent area of responsibility where you can contribute your commitment and knowledge
