The Gilly Hospital, a pioneering treatment and rehabilitation center (CTR) in the canton of Vaud since 1989, has been serving the region since 1922. With 42 rehabilitation beds, this ideally located facility offers a breathtaking view of the Alps and Lake Geneva. Additionally, our temporary reception center (CAT) with five places offers activities for seniors four days a week.

We are looking for the Gilly Hospital a:

Nurse (M/F) in CTR at 80-100%

Start date as soon as possible or to be agreed.

YOU HAVE

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a level 2 nurse diploma, recognized by CRS.
• First experience acquired in a medical, geriatric, or rehabilitation service is an asset.
• A driving license and a vehicle allowing you to get independently to Gilly Hospital, mandatory (there is no public transport).
• Good organizational skills (anticipate, plan, coordinate), flexibility, and proactivity.
• The ability to work continuous 12-hour shifts alternating days and nights.
• The ability to take initiatives and responsibilities.
• Good listening skills and interpersonal ease.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Ensure the care of the patients entrusted to you in accordance with institutional values.
• Systematically identify the needs and resources of the patient.
• Develop care objectives with the patient, their relatives, the multidisciplinary team, based on collected data and considering a global therapeutic project.
• Work in interprofessionality with the aim of quality care and respecting a holistic approach to the patient.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders for the continuous improvement of practices and the good organization of the service.
