Your team and your mission
At Wüest Partner, as a Senior Customer Success / Key Account Manager, you actively participate in the development of our leading SaaS platform Wüest Dimensions – in direct contact with professional real estate investors in Switzerland and Europe. As a leading company, we shape the future of the (digital) real estate industry in Europe through a unique combination of real estate expertise, data, AI, and digital solutions. Within the Data, Analytics & Technology (DAT) division, you act in this role as a strategic thinking partner for our institutional clients. You translate complex requirements in asset, portfolio, and investment management into digital solutions – ensuring that our clients derive measurable value from Wüest Dimensions.
Your responsibilities
Client relationship and responsibilities
- Strategic management, commercial responsibility, and development of a demanding portfolio of institutional clients
- Development and strengthening of long-term partnerships at the C-level
Product & solution
- Analysis of complex client requirements throughout the real estate investment cycle
- Close collaboration with Product Management and development for the evolution of Wüest Dimensions
- Consulting on modules, configuration, deployment, and change management
Market & positioning
- Representation of Wüest Partner and Wüest Dimensions at events, user conferences, and client committees
- Active contribution to best practices, standards, and go-to-market approaches
This position can be performed at one of our Wüest Partner offices in Bern or Geneva.
Qualifications
Your profile
- University degree, ideally in real estate
- Several years of experience in the institutional real estate sector (investment, asset management, portfolio management, or consulting)
- Good understanding of digital platforms, data, and processes in Real Estate Investment Management
- You do not need to be a developer, but you know how to use technology profitably
- Confident presentation skills and enjoyment in conducting demanding dialogues with clients at a professional level
- Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and desire to grow in a dynamic SaaS environment
- High motivation, attention to detail, and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach
- Very good knowledge of French and English
