To strengthen our HR team, we are looking from 11/17/2025, for a fixed term until 05/31/2026, at the Geneva site, for a *motivated* and *committed* person as Manor Envol Program Coordinator, 60%.
Your responsibilities
- You recruit Manor Envol interns
- You organize the reception and integration of interns
- You ensure the monitoring of the internship and training of participants
- You establish an internship program adapted according to the profile and department
- You plan training and organize sales coaching with debriefing for participants and monitor the progress of each intern
- You perform administrative tasks related to the internship (management of MMT certificates, statistical monitoring, preparation of work and internship certificates, internship evaluation)
Your profile
- You have a commercial management CFC or equivalent experience
- You have proven experience in a sales position
- Ideally, you have experience in a similar role
- You have good interpersonal skills (listening, empathy, diplomacy)
- You know how to train others and have a real pedagogical sense
- You are organized and rigorous You are tenacious and stress-resistant
